Чат: метка «бот» у сообщений от ботов

Захватываем is_bot при резолве пользователей (/users/ids), рядом с именем
отправителя показываем компактную подпись «бот». Также распознаём вебхуки
(props.from_bot / from_webhook). Свои сообщения и обычных юзеров не помечаем.
